Snow, Snow and More Snow

This last week has been quite nice in Billings, highs in the 40s for the most part. It is a nice break from many weeks of below-freezing temperatures. Amazingly, even after a week of nicer weather, there is still plenty of snow on the ground (and in the road--have I mentioned they don't really plow the roads here?).  Thankfully our new car has treated us very well in the snow.  We've had many opportunities to get outside and play, and a couple weeks ago we drove out to Red Lodge for a little sledding. Unfortunately, sledding is not at the top of Isaac's list of things to do. The first ride down he got sprayed in the face with snow, and after that we had to force persuade him to go again. He does do a great job of counting down for everyone else (1!--2!--3!--go!).

Jack loves the snow too!

Riding bikes is a favorite snow activity (they can't really go anywhere, but they don't seem to care)

  1. I'm sure Larry is so sad that he's missing out on all that snow...
